Event Purchase Terms

These terms apply to purchases made in person from The Nomad Stitch at events and pop-ups, including Entrepreneurship Week at the American University of Sharjah. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to T-shirts purchased from The Nomad Stitch. Tote bags, pouches and any other items given free with a T-shirt purchase are complimentary gifts. They are not sold, and they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or replacement.

Before you pay
T-shirts are available to view and inspect in person. Please check your selected item, size, colour, quantity and total before completing payment.

Prices and payment
All prices and payments are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment must be successfully completed before items are handed over.

Collection
Purchases are collected at our event stand immediately after payment, unless another arrangement is agreed with us before purchase.

Orders for later delivery
If your size or colour is not available at the stand, you can pay on the spot for delivery, or place your order online at thenomadstitch.com. Delivery orders follow our standard Shipping Policy. For orders placed at an event, preparation and delivery time begins the day after the event ends.

Returns, refunds and exchanges
As T-shirts are available to view and inspect in person before purchase, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items
This policy does not affect your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items under applicable UAE consumer protection law. Any such issue must be reported within 3 days of collection or delivery. Please email us with your purchase details and photographs. Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.

Normal wear and tear from washing and use, such as slight shrinkage, softening of the fabric or gradual fading of colour or print, is not considered damage or a fault. The same applies to changes caused by not following the garment's care instructions.

Proof of purchase
Please keep your payment confirmation or transaction reference to help us identify your purchase.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
